Guitars, United Airlines and Me

This video wiped 10 per cent off United Airlines' share price.

Absolutely brilliant.

My guitar was recently broken by a 'baggage handler' or Wendy as my wife prefers to be known. Fortunately it was replaced on my house insurance so all's well that ends well.

That's a nasty break. I'd be gutted if that happened to mine. Lucky the insurance covered it and you didn't have to write a song and make a video!!!

The insurers (Zurich) were brilliant.

They gave me the choice between a bottom of the range Martin or a top-end Tanglewood.

I played both for an hour and despite wanting to want the Martin the Tanglewood was irresistible. Much better than the broken Epiphone.

I think you should make a video/song mate all about it - with a piece at the start to explain why you want some bloke called Martin......
