Looking for a good, inexpensive web designer

Hi, I'm looking for someone who can design a basic website for me. It will be about 10 pages, include links and a blog. But no flash graphics, ecommerce or anything complicated. I've got the layout in ppt, but I really need it in a web friendly format. I've got the domain, and I have some pages up at the moment. But I did them using a ready made template, and they don't look that great. You'll find them on www.saltpartners.co.uk
