Hi Ben,

It was good to meet you at the last meeting. Our discussion was very useful and I learnt a lot.

The problem with the Analytics integration I had, we still haven't managed to resolve.

I have now got to the point where the Analytics Support team cannot help any further, and have given me the following message.

Thank you for your call earlier. Further to our conversation on the phone, I've been in contact with our analytics specialist team.
They have provided me with the following information.

Unfortunately, we're unable to provide support for custom implementations of Google Analytics. For this level of support, you can contact one of our highly qualified Google Analytics Authorized Consultants for assistance with advanced needs. These partners deliver a number of professional services such as installation support, training, and advanced filter and e-commerce configurations.

It would seem that the authorized consultants are our competitors and don't seem to be particularly keen to help.

This is a little disappointing, any chance you could give someone a nudge?

I feel it is so close to working and a fairly minor issue that must have been overlooked, in the transfer between the main and secure sites.

Anyway, thank you very much for any help you can offer on this one.
